formation gratuite et r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 7 mois (15 semaines de stage en entreprise, et 15 semaines en formation). Depuis le lancement du dispositif (anciennement Cl\u00e92R), les r\u00e9sultats sont encourageants et d\u00e9montrent que la volont\u00e9 des acteurs locaux de travailler ensemble fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au niveau r\u00e9gional. Ce qui compte avant tout, c\u2019est le devenir et la r\u00e9ussite des adultes accueillis. Ceux qui ont suivi le parcours dans la totalit\u00e9 ont une issue soit sur la formation qualifiante soit sur l\u2019emploi. Ce dispositif permet, la remise en confiance, l\u2019aide pour r\u00e9soudre certaines difficult\u00e9s (mobilit\u00e9, logement, financi\u00e8re, garde d\u2019enfant, \u2026) et la mise en relation avec les entreprises. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce dispositif, des jeunes adultes peuvent se remotiver, red\u00e9finir leur orientation professionnelle, suivre une formation qualifiante et s\u2019engager r\u00e9ellement dans la
